The Marconi Hotel entrance foyer has been subdivided into an entrance area (Photo No. 27) with original fireplace (Photo No. 28) and a single office. The Addition of an ‘L’ shaped sheet rock wall produced this configuration. (Also see Drawing - 9001 Existing Floor Plan - First Floor)

Proposed Work
Remove the wall to bring the entrance to its original size during Phase
III. Also replace wall lamps with reproductions of original fixtures
as shown in 1914 photographs of foyer.
