Architectural Feature: Gutters
Date: 1914
The original 1914 green copper gutters are intact but exhibit some age-related damage (Photo Nos. 155 - 158). A few of the copper down spouts have been recently removed.

Proposed Work
As soon as possible, replace missing down spouts during Phase I. During Phase III replace gutters with new copper gutters and down spouts where needed.
