Architectural Feature: Asphalt Paper Roofing
 Date: 1962

The Marconi Power Station (Photo No.36) had a red clay imperial tile roof manufactured by Ludowici-Celadon Co. of Chicago.  The Army removed the tiles in 1962.  The current composite shingle roof is in excellent condition.

Proposed Work

Post Phase V, when more urgent projects are complete, replace composite shingle roof with red clay tiles as found in historic photos.
