8.24 Telephone Exchange Exterior (Building 9059)

Architectural Feature: Exterior
 Date: 1944

Building 9059 is a one story, frame rectangular building with a composite shingle gable roof.  It has a concrete block foundation. The building measures 30'3" x 50".  Its exterior has wood shiplap siding in need of paint (Photo Nos. 104 and 105). Two entrance doors are located on the north side of the building.  The roof is in good condition.  The original wood 2/2 double hung windows and facia also need painting.  The building is in need of paint and minor repair.

During Phase I prepare wood surfaces, prime and repaint siding, facia and windows.
