8.32 Wellhouse (Building 9081)

Architectural Feature:
 Date: 1943

Building 9081 is a small rectangular, one story, common bond brick building with composite shingle gable roof and a concrete foundation (Photo No. 115).  A triangle of shiplap siding is found in the front gable.  The building has a fixed rear window and a front wood panel door with four glass panes.  The building is in good condition.

Proposed work

During Phase I, prepare surface, prime and repaint.  As this building is too small for reuse and the well can not be reactivated, it will be maintained in place.
