Monmouth Message.
This copy was found in the hardcover book - The Story of the U.S.
Army Signal Corps, Max Marshall, published in 1965.
The book was saved and
donated to Infoage by Dr. Howard W. Andrews from Dr, Harold Zahl's
personal papers.
